American TKD Open Championship, March 24th
Attending this tournament has become a tradition.
We fly/drive to Hayward on Friday and meet for a delicious dinner.
We attend the tournament on Saturday and go to San Francisco to
spend the evening.  Ice cream at Ghirardelli is a must!!!

The BB journey takes years to complete.
Please join us in this rewarding experience that everyone will remember for a lifetime.

No sparring on Friday the 16th and one class on Saturday the 17th at 9:30am ALL levels

Parents can go shopping while kids have fun training like a Ninja!  Pizza will be provided.

Buddy Week and Board Breaking!!!!

When: September 25 - 30

Bring a Buddy to class and share the fun!

Together we'll teach your guest how to break a board.

All students and guests will break a board in class.

* Guests must have a parent present *

End of Summer Game Night!
Saturday, August 19th from 6pm to 10pm
-Stand up to bullies and avoid peer pressure
- Fun games: water balloons, obstacle courses, baskwonball and more!
- Short film contest: create your own film. We will record it and play it on the big screen before the end of the nigh.
