Sparring class:
5pm - 6pm for beginners
5pm - 6:30pm for advanced. It will be an hour and a half class every Friday we don't have a Belt Ceremony.
Red Belt class: September 8th at 6:30pm
Elite class: September 22nd at 6:30pm
Buddy Week and Board Breaking!!!!
When: September 25 - 30
Bring a Buddy to class and share the fun!
Together we'll teach your guest how to break a board.
All students and guests will break a board in class.
* Guests must have a parent present *
