June is for dads!!
Dads are invited to practice TKD with their kids for the whole month of June!  Take advantage of this opportunity and get a taste of what your kids have been doing for a while.



Our Dojang will be hosting the next Rumble on June 4th.
Join us for this friendly event where you get to spar many
opponents from different Dojangs.

May is for moms and in
appreciation of all you do, we are
inviting all TKD student's moms to
practice the whole month of May for free!
Learn self-defense and get a good work out!

Red Belt classes: May 6th and 13th


                                      
     We will be hosting our annual KICKATHON in
     benefit of St. Judes Hospital on May 14th.
     We will have 2 sessions: 9am and 11am
     Help us reach our goal of $7,000!!

Black Belt test:
Friday, May 20th at 5:30pm and Saturday, May 21st at 11am
Please join us and see what it takes to be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree Black Belt!!
Only one class on Saturday the 21st at 9:30am for all belts.

The Dojang will be closed on the 30th (Monday) in observance of Memorial Day

American TKD Open Championship, March 26th
Attending this tournament has become a tradition.
We fly/drive to Hayward on Friday and meet for a delicious dinner.
We attend the tournament on Saturday and go to San Francisco to
spend the evening.  Ice cream at Ghirardelli is a must!!!

Buddy Week and Board Breaking!!!!

When: February 22 - 26

Bring a Buddy to class and share the fun!

Together we'll teach your guest how to break a board.

All students and guests will break a board in class.

Guests must have a parent present

National TKD is hosting the Rumble "all you can spar event" on Saturday the 23rd from 10am to 1pm.  Applications are available at the office.

Due to this event we will only have one class at 9:30am for all belts.

We have 2 Red Belt classes this month, on the 15th and the 29th at 7pm.
