Red Belt Classes
March 10th & 24th

American TKD Open Championship, March 18th
Attending this tournament has become a tradition.
We fly/drive to Hayward on Friday and meet for a delicious dinner.
We attend the tournament on Saturday and go to San Francisco to
spend the evening.  Ice cream at Ghirardelli is a must!!!

Belt Ceremony: February 10th at 6pm

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu test: February 3rd at 7pm

The Dojang will be closed February 20th in observance of Presidents' Day

Buddy Week and Board Breaking!!!!

When: January 30th - February 3rd

Bring a Buddy to class and share the fun!

Together we'll teach your guest how to break a board.

All students and guests will break a board in class.

Guests must have a parent present

National TKD is hosting the Rumble "all you can spar event" on Saturday the 21st  from 10am to 1pm.  Applications are available at the office.

Regular classes on Saturday 21st.

We have 2 Red Belt classes this month, on the 13th and the 27th at 7pm.

(one sparring class at 5pm all ages)
Parents can go shopping while kids have
fun learning the secret art of invisibility
and disguise!
